Classes We Offer

Beginners Yoga
A six-week series of classes including breathwork, meditation, rest and proper alignment of many of the most important asanas (poses) of yoga.
Recommended for a safe and lasting path to wellness. Join in and make that intention to improve your health and mobility a sustainable practice.

Hatha Yoga
Hatha yoga will improve your movement and "get you strong" in everything that you do. Offering a variety of yoga postures or "asanas" and breathwork.
Great for beginners and those with limited mobility.
This class has become very popular over the past few years.

Yoga Nidra

Offered every second Wednesday evening of the month. “Nidra” or sleep will provide an opportunity to tap into and regulate hormones such as melatonin and cortisol resulting in better relaxation and sleep.

Yoga emerging Reiki
Opening mind and body to your own innate ability to cultivate calm.
Held on the first Wednesday of the month, an experience of combining yoga with Reiki will leave you refreshed and emerged in the process of self-healing. This class is a great addition to your personal wellness journey.

Ashtanga Yoga

Focussed on the devotion of the practice of yoga. Ashtanga yoga is based on the eight limbs of yoga as described by Patanjali. A dynamic and structured form of yoga, this class has a little bit of everything: meditation, breath work and movement to create a flowing deep diving devotional practice. Originating from the ancient Indian traditions, this form of yoga is know n for its physical demanding sequences and deep spiritual underpinnings If you are looking for a class that offers an independent flow, this is the one for you!

New Moon Meditation
Body & Mind
Near the day of each calander New Moon the Shala offers Meditation to the community. As taught by His Venerable Lama Marut of Asian Clasics Institute, U LCA . The basics of Buddhist Meditation is offered.
